Did you know that there is a street in Berkeley named after a World War II battle? Bataan Avenue is one block long and is located between 7th and 8th Streets, just north of Cedar Street. Want more info about the history of Bataan Avenue?

Here is one of the 18 almost identical houses built between October, 1942 and July, 1943 on Bataan Avenue.

Nice old house on 7th Street, just north of Cedar Street. It was built as a single story house and raised at some time in the past.
