On 11 February 2006, we did a 12.5 mile hike on Montara Mountain
We started this little ramble at SAN PEDRO VALLEY SAN MATEO COUNTY PARK at about 10:15 a.m., and hiked on the Brooks Creek Trail to the MONTARA MOUNTAIN TRAIL and then to McNEE RANCH STATE PARK. Then, after a quick lunch on the BEACH, we turned around and hiked back on the same trail network to our starting point. There was a total elevation gain of 3,200 feet; 26 hikers participated in the hike. The leader of this hike was Jane Ohgami.
All photographs were taken with a Canon S50 camera
